About the role

We are seeking an experienced Area Manager to join our dynamic team at PC Express. As an Area Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the operations and performance of multiple retail stores within a designated region. This is a full-time position based in Iloilo Western Visayas, with the opportunity to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and coordinate the day-to-day operations of several retail stores within your assigned area
  • Ensure consistent implementation of company policies, procedures, and best practices across all stores
  • Provide leadership and guidance to store managers, empowering them to achieve their targets and deliver exceptional customer service
  • Analyze store performance data, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to drive sales and profitability
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to plan and execute regional marketing campaigns and promotions
  • Oversee inventory management, staff scheduling, and cost control measures to optimize store operations

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in business management or related program
  • Significant experience (5+ years) in a retail management or multi-site operations role, preferably within the consumer products industry
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving operational efficiency and profitability
  • Proficient in analyzing data, developing strategic plans, and implementing process improvements
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Adaptable and resilient, with the capacity to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic retail environment

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php30, Php40,000.00 per month
