Job Summary

We are seeking a friendly, reliable, and customer-focused Customer Service Representative (CSR) to join our team. The CSR will be responsible for assisting customers, resolving inquiries, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This role is open to individuals from all backgrounds, with or without prior experience—training will be provided.


Key Responsibilities
  • Handle incoming customer calls, emails, chats, or messages.
  • Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures.
  • Resolve customer concerns, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner.
  • Document customer interactions and maintain updated records in the system.
  • Process orders, returns, payments, or service requests as required.
  • Follow communication guidelines, policies, and best practices.
  • Escalate complex issues to the appropriate team when necessary.
  • Maintain a positive, helpful attitude to ensure customer satisfaction.

Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent college graduate.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge and ability to learn new software.
  • Ability to handle stressful situations calmly and professionally.
  • Good problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
  • No prior experience required—freshers welcome.
