Role Purpose:

The Demand Planner is responsible for forecasting McDo product demand using historical data and forecasts from GADC. The role ensures accurate inventory levels, efficient distribution, and timely replenishment through strategic planning, data analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Demand Forecasting:

  • Analyze historical data and GADC forecasts to produce accurate demand forecasts.
  • Align supply chain activities with customer needs and minimize excess inventory.
  • Continuously evaluate and improve forecast accuracy.

2. Inventory & Stock Management:

  • Manage purchase and transfer orders (POs and TONs).
  • Optimize inventory using reorder points and safety stock levels.
  • Maintain and reconcile stock cards with the Warehouse Inventory Team.
  • Track forecast attainment and communicate with GADC.

3. New Product Setup:

  • Ensure accurate setup of new product data per SOPs and update stakeholders.

4. Risk Management:

  • Work with GADC to identify supply chain risks and create contingency plans.

5. Cross-Department Collaboration & Process Improvement:

  • Coordinate with warehouses, transport, suppliers, and Business Process Team.
  • Support process flow creation, SOP reviews, audits, and KPI achievement.
  • Participate in mandatory training and uphold company standards.

6. Other Duties:

  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support the supply chain function.

7. Authorities:

  • Creation of POs and TONs
  • Input of new product data via Excel

Qualifications:

Education/Experience:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field (Fresh grads welcome).
  • Experience in supply chain roles is a plus.

Preferred Skills:

  • Strong understanding of supply chain concepts (forecasting, inventory, etc.)
  • Proficiency in MS Office and warehouse systems (e.g., WMS).
  • Strategic thinking, effective communication, and data analysis skills.

Pay: Php23, Php27,000.00 per month
