JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Build and maintain various browser extensions that enable the Silo platform & products
  • Research and develop new web-based capabilities to enhance our platform and products
  • Document, test and internally support all the functionality of builds
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Mastery of HTML, JavaScript, CSS and DOM manipulation
  • Familiarity with Web Sockets, Web APIs, Browser extension APIs
  • Familiarity with VueJS, ReactJS, and/or other modern JavaScript frameworks vueJS is required, React experience is an advantage
  • Comfort with Python (or alternative prototyping language)
  • Proficiency with development tools such as Jira, Git, bash, etc
  • Creative problem solving to crack problems with no clear answer
  • Willing and able to independently research and lean new technologies as needed
  • Proven ability to flex between rapid prototyping and production-quality code
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Collaborative attitude, able to work with Eng, QA, Ops and PM
