We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong experience in retail or supply chain operations to join our team. The ideal candidate will have at least three years of experience in collecting and documenting business requirements, coupled with expertise in data analytics, dashboard creation, and financial modeling. This role plays a key part in translating business needs into actionable solutions that drive efficiency, profitability, and informed decision-making.

Key Responsibilities

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders within retail or supply chain environments.
  • Study and interpret data to understand existing business processes, products, and services.
  • Identify inefficiencies or areas for improvement across operations.
  • Build analytical models and dashboards to support strategic and operational decision-making.
  • Conduct demand analysis by reviewing historical sales data, market trends, and operational metrics.
  • Provide recommendations that enhance profitability, improve inventory management, and optimize supply chain performance.
  • Present findings and actionable insights to stakeholders in a clear and compelling manner.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, supply chain, finance) to implement approved changes and monitor results.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in business, Economics, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Business Analyst in retail, supply chain, or related industries.
  • Proficiency in data analytics tools (Excel, Power BI, Tableau, or similar).
  • Experience in financial modeling and dashboard development.
  • Strong communication skills to convey complex data insights to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Detail-oriented, analytical mindset with problem-solving abilities.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience with demand planning and forecasting processes.
  • Knowledge of ERP or supply chain management systems.

Work Location: Makati City

Work Schedule: 8 am - 6 pm | Hybrid but for the 1st 4 months, the candidate is required to report on-site to transition into the role

Hybrid: 2 days wfh, 3 days onsite
