Responsibilities:

  • Repair, test and maintain electronic devices and equipment (audio and video equipment, bill counters, barcode printers, radios, steamers, televisions, microwaves, electronic airpot, coffee maker, etc.).
  • Troubleshoot defective items with or without warranty.
  • Prepare service reports and documents for repaired equipment.
  • Coordinate deliveries, returns, and supplier pick-ups.
  • Support preventive maintenance and repairs across SM branches.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree graduate of Electronics or related course (or equivalent experience).
  • Skilled in troubleshooting and repair of electronic devices.
  • Willing to travel for branch support.
