We are looking for a highly motivated Site Engineer to join our construction team. The Site Engineer will be responsible for overseeing daily operations on-site, ensuring that projects are completed on time and in compliance with safety and quality standards. This role will closely coordinate with project managers, foremen and suppliers.

Responsibilities

-Supervise and monitor daily construction activities to ensure compliance with project plans, specifications, and safety standards.

-Coordinate with project managers and suppliers to maintain workflow and resolve site-related issues.

-Prepare and submit Daily Accomplishment Reports (DAR), progress reports, and other required documentation.

-Monitor material usage and ensure proper inventory management.

-Implement quality assurance procedures to maintain workmanship and structural integrity.

-Enforce compliance with DOLE and company safety regulations on-site.

Assist in planning and scheduling site activities to ensure timely completion of project milestones.

-Provide technical guidance and support to foremen and construction workers.

Qualifications

-Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or a related field.

-Licensed Civil Engineer (preferred but not required).

-Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

-Willing to be assigned on project sites.
