Mc Wilson Corporation, a restaurant group handling upscale casual dining restaurants is looking for an ASSISTANT KITCHEN CUTTER for our new Singaporean concept

QUALIFICATIONS

  • At least a Vocational Diploma/ Short Course Certificate in Hotel and Restaurant Services
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as Cutter
  • Must have knowledge of Chinese spices and cooking tools/methods
  • Must be willing to be assigned in Makati city

JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Cooks and prepares dishes as needed by the restaurant operations
  • Assists the Head Chef in preparing food item needs
  • Sets up and stocks food items and other necessary supplies
  • Prepares food items by cutting, chopping, mixing, and preparing sauces
  • Follows all regulations including SOPs, sanitary and food safety guidelines
