Analog Devices is looking for a Contingent Workforce Program Specialist to administer the processes, best practices, legal compliance and software systems for national and international contingent workers across the globe. This role will be reporting to Contingent Worker Program Supervisor.

Essential Functions:

  • Assist the Global Contingent Workforce programs day-to-day management and compliance, data management, working collaboratively with cross-functional partners and the service providers
  • Provides guidance to managers globally in onboarding Contingent Workers
  • Work with HR & IT to ensure that access to secure environments, systems and buildings are closely monitored to prevent security/IP threats.
  • Contract management
  • Workday onboarding, and data management

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel skills
  • Knowledge of Workday, DocuSign and Conga system is a plus
