JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • In charge of the final checking of Miscellaneous and Maintenance fund Replenishment  Responsible in ensuring that cash disbursement and replenishment / liquidation are in order
  • Responsible in checking the completeness of all documents upon submission of the driver after the trip
  • Assists team members in processing and encoding of delivery receipts in Google drive
  • Closely coordinates with the Operations Head/s in the compliance of delivery receipts and other documents related to the trip
  • Will handle cement, maintenance and cargo/port's petty cash and documents

JOB QUALIFICATIONS


• Education | Graduate of Any 4 years Course


• Experience | With Atleast 1-2 years working experience as Supervisory Level


• With excellent verbal and written communication skills


• Excellent organizational skills and keen on details


• Ability to  meet deadlines, anticipate and solve problems


• Trustworthy and can work under pressure


• Preferred residing near areas
