Japanese Customer Service Representative (CSR)

Location: Onsite – Shaw

Work Setup: Full Onsite

Experience: At least 6 months BPO experience

Job Overview:

Join our team as a Japanese Customer Service Representative, where you'll provide world-class support to Japanese users through various communication channels. You'll help ensure an exceptional customer experience by addressing inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards.

Qualifications:

  • Japanese Language Proficiency: JLPT N1 level (or equivalent)
  • Minimum of 6 months BPO experience (customer service or technical support preferred)
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Willing to work onsite in Shaw
  • Amenable to shifting schedules

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php100, Php120,000.00 per month

Experience:

  • BPO : 1 year (Preferred)
