About the role

Join our dynamic team at i-cube Digital Solutions Inc. as a Junior Graphic Designer. In this full-time position based in Makati City, Metro Manila, you will play a crucial role in developing visually stunning designs that captivate our clients and elevate their brands.

What you'll be doing

  • Create engaging and visually appealing designs for a variety of digital and print media, including websites, social media graphics, marketing collateral, and more
  • Collaborate with the marketing and creative teams to understand project requirements and bring client visions to life
  • Maintain brand consistency across all design assets
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends and techniques to continuously improve your skills and the company's design offerings
  • Proactively seek feedback and incorporate it to refine your work
  • Assist in the execution of various design projects from concept to completion

What we're looking for

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a graphic design role, preferably in an agency or digital agency environment
  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud, particularly Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
  • Strong eye for design, typography, colour, and composition
  • Ability to work well in a team, collaborate effectively, and take direction
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously
  • A passion for design and a desire to continuously learn and grow
