About the Role

Polystar General Services Inc. is seeking a dedicated and experienced HOUSEKEEPER PERSONNEL (RESIDENTIAL/COMMERCIAL) to join our team in Taguig City, Metro Manila. As a full-time housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of our residential and commercial properties to the highest standards.

What you'll be doing

  • Thoroughly clean and maintain assigned residential and commercial spaces, including bedrooms, bathrooms, common areas, and kitchens
  • Replenish supplies and linens as needed
  • Identify and report any maintenance issues or concerns to the property manager
  • Provide excellent customer service to residents and clients
  • Adhere to all company policies and procedures related to health, safety, and security
  • Assist with additional housekeeping tasks as required

What we're looking for

  • Previous experience as a housekeeper or cleaner in a residential or commercial setting is advantage.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills
  • Reliable, punctual, and able to work independently as well as part of a team
  • Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks in a timely manner
  • Good physical fitness and stamina to perform the duties of the role
