About the role

We are looking for a Content Moderator Support for our fast-paced operation in Taguig City, Metro Manila. This full-time role is crucial in ensuring the quality and safety of our online content. As a Content Moderator Support, you will play a key part in upholding our high standards and delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What you'll be doing

  1. Review and moderate user-generated content to identify and remove inappropriate or harmful material
  2. Provide technical and administrative support to the Content Moderation team
  3. Assist in developing and updating content moderation policies and guidelines
  4. Escalate complex issues to senior moderators or subject matter experts
  5. Maintain detailed records and documentation of moderation activities
  6. Contribute to the continuous improvement of our content moderation processes

What we're looking for

  1. Strong attention to detail and ability to work quickly and accurately
  2. Good understanding of online safety and content moderation best practices
  3. Proficient in English, both written and verbal communication skills
  4. Ability to work effectively in a team and collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders
  5. Familiarity with customer service and experience in a call centre environment is preferred
  6. Commitment to maintaining a positive, professional, and ethical approach
