Failure Analysis Technician

This role is critical in identifying root causes of product failures and supporting continuous improvement across our manufacturing and engineering processes. Analyze product malfunctions or failures, ensures that products comply with the parameters.
Responsibilities:
- Conduct detailed failure analysis investigations on products or equipment.
- Collaborate, develop and implement plants to address root causes of failures.
- Maintain the level of units for FA below the set maximum limit.
- Help in the line in compliance of quality level in terms of test failure
- Timeliness, accuracy, and quality of our FA results.
- Document findings and prepare detailed technical reports.
Qualifications
- Diploma or degree in Electronics, Mechanical Engineering, Materials Science, or related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in failure analysis or related technical role.
- Experience in semiconductor or electronics manufacturing.
- Familiarity with analytical tools
- Strong documentation and reporting skills.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
