About the Role

We're looking for a dedicated and passionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our growing multidisciplinary team at Sandbox Clinic Greenhills. You'll work alongside Occupational Therapists, Physical Therapists, and other specialists in a collaborative environment that encourages growth, learning, and teamwork.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for pediatric and adolescent clients.
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans based on client needs and goals.
  • Provide direct intervention targeting speech, language, fluency, voice, and social communication skills.
  • Collaborate closely with OTs, PTs, and other professionals to ensure integrated and holistic client care.
  • Educate and support parents, caregivers, and teachers on home or school-based communication strategies.
  • Document progress, prepare reports, and update therapy plans as needed.
  • Participate in case conferences, team discussions, and professional development activities.
  • Uphold the clinic's values of compassionate, evidence-based, and client-centered care.

Qualifications

  • Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (PRC or PASP) – new passers are welcome to apply
  • Passionate about working with children and individuals with communication or developmental needs
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Open to mentorship, collaboration, and continuous learning
  • Committed to providing high-quality, empathetic therapy services
