Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct nutritional assessment and provide individualized dietary plans for inpatients and outpatients.
  • Monitor patient dietary intake and adjust nutrition care plans as needed.
  • Coordinate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide integrated patient care.
  • Provide nutrition education and counseling to patients and their families.
  • Supervise food service operations to ensure safe and hygienic preparation, storage, and serving of food.
  • Participate in menu planning and recipe standardization to meet patients' nutritional requirements.
  • Conduct regular audits and quality checks of dietary services.
  • Stay updated with current nutrition guidelines, clinical practices, and food safety regulations.
  • Document patient interactions, progress notes, and interventions accurately in the medical records.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Nutrition and Dietetics.
  • Registered Nutritionist-Dietitian (RND) with valid PRC license.
  • At least 1 year of relevant experience in a hospital or healthcare setting preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of therapeutic diets and clinical nutrition.
  • Excellent communication, counseling, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team.
  • Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
