Who are we looking for:

We are looking for a System Quality Assurance Specialist who will assist in the planning, execution, and reporting of internal audits to ensure compliance with quality standards, company policies, and regulatory requirements. Identifies gaps, drives continuous improvement in product safety, quality, and consistency, and manages customer care functions to address inquiries, feedback, and concerns effectively.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Contribute, prepare, and execute internal quality audits based on GMP, HACCP, and ISO standards.
  • Maintain audit checklists, reports, and CAPA documentation.
  • Monitor and validate QA processes, ensuring compliance with food safety management objectives.
  • Assist in conducting inspections, spot checks, and provide actionable recommendations for improvement.
  • Coordinate cross-department efforts to implement audit findings and process enhancements.
  • Handle and address customer concerns related to product quality, ensuring prompt resolution and feedback integration into quality improvements.
  • Act as the point of contact for audit-related matters and support quality awareness initiatives.

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Food Technology, Industrial Engineering, or related Science/Engineering course.
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of relevant experience in quality assurance, quality audit, or manufacturing environment in the food industry.
  • Familiarity with Quality Management Systems (QMS) in a retail setting.
  • Strong analytical skills with experience in data interpretation and root cause analysis.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools.
  • Detail-oriented with strong documentation and reporting skills.
  • Excellent team coordination and collaboration abilities.
  • Willing to conduct field assignments and area/store visits.
