Location: Manolo Fortich

Job Summary:

We are looking for a dedicated and qualified Pollution Control Officer (PCO) to join our Broiler Farm operations in Manolo Fortich. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with environmental regulations, overseeing pollution control facilities, and implementing effective waste management systems.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree in Environmental Science, Environmental Engineering, Agriculture, or any related field
  • Must be a certified Pollution Control Officer (PCO) and have completed Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training
  • At least 1–2 years of experience in environmental management, preferably in an agricultural or farm setting
  • Knowledge of pollution control laws, waste management, and DENR compliance standards
  • Willing to stay in at the farm (with free meals and accommodation provided)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the liaison with local government and environmental regulatory agencies
  • Supervise and ensure proper operation of farm pollution control facilities
  • Conduct regular monitoring and prepare reports such as Self-Monitoring Reports (SMR) and Compliance Monitoring Reports (CMR)
  • Oversee waste management, treatment, and disposal in compliance with DENR and LGU standards
  • Ensure compliance with environmental laws, company policies, and other mandated requirements
  • Maintain organized records of inspections, permits, and reports
  • Promote and implement environmental awareness and best practices within farm operations
