CS/Sales Team Lead

As an Acquire Intelligence employee, your role is vital in achieving and exceeding individual and team targets that support company objectives, while building and maintaining customer relationships. You're also responsible for complying with and enforcing procedures aligned with our information security policies.
The Sales Team Lead oversees a team of sales representatives, drives revenue growth, and ensures the team meets targets. This role includes coaching, performance monitoring, and developing strategies to improve sales effectiveness and customer relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Team Leadership & Coaching
- Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
- Conduct regular coaching, training, and performance feedback sessions.
- Support team members in developing sales skills and product knowledge.
Sales Performance Management
- Set clear KPIs and track team performance through reports and dashboards.
- Identify performance gaps and implement improvement plans.
- Ensure adherence to sales processes, standards, and best practices.
Customer Relationship Management
- Assist with high-value or escalated customer interactions.
- Support the team in managing client relationships and closing opportunities.
- Promote excellent customer service and retention.
Operational & Strategic Responsibilities
- Analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
- Collaborate with marketing, product, and operations teams to align sales strategies.
- Participate in planning, forecasting, and goal-setting activities.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in sales, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory or lead role preferred.
- Strong leadership, communication, and motivational skills.
- Ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.
- Good problem-solving and organizational abilities.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking systems is a plus.
