Job Overview

Fastrack Multi-Purpose Cooperative is looking for a reliable and hardworking Utility / Janitorial Staff to maintain cleanliness, orderliness, and sanitation in the workplace. The role ensures a safe and pleasant environment for employees and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

• Sweep, mop, and polish floors
• Clean and sanitize restrooms, work areas, and common spaces
• Collect and dispose of trash properly
• Maintain cleanliness of office furniture, windows, and fixtures
• Handle cleaning equipment and supplies appropriately
• Assist in basic maintenance or utility tasks as needed
• Follow safety guidelines in using cleaning chemicals and equipment

Qualifications

• High school graduate welcome to apply
• Familiarity with cleaning tools, materials, and chemicals
• Physically fit and able to perform manual work
• Honest, punctual, and with good work attitude
• Prior janitorial or utility experience is an advantage

Work Schedule

• Full-time (6 working days, 1 day off)
