Senior Graphic Designer – Healthcare Services | Remote | Immediate Start

Role Name: Senior Graphic Designer

Schedule: 20h per week - Mon–Thu: 10:00am – 5:30pm  and Fri: 10:00am – 3:00pm EST

Client Timezone: EST, New York

Client Overview: A rapidly growing healthcare organization providing specialized therapy services for children with autism across 10 states. They operate two distinct brands and are focused on creating meaningful impact in the lives of children and families while expanding their reach through elevated marketing and localized creative content.

Job Description: You'll lead the creative vision for a mission-driven healthcare company that's making a real difference in children's lives. This role puts you at the center of a multi-state expansion, where your designs will directly impact how families discover and connect with life-changing autism therapy services. You'll have the creative freedom to elevate their brand presence while working across diverse projects from digital campaigns to large-format materials, with the opportunity to shape localized marketing strategies across different state markets.

Responsibilities:

  • Design high-quality brochures and educational materials for healthcare marketing
  • Create compelling digital advertisements for online campaigns and social media platforms
  • Develop impactful billboard designs and large-format marketing materials
  • Produce localized creative content tailored to different state markets and demographics
  • Design event flyers and promotional materials for community outreach
  • Create digital assets including newsletters, website graphics, and social media content
  • Collaborate with marketing team to maintain brand consistency across two healthcare brands
  • Adapt designs to meet healthcare industry compliance and regulatory requirements
Requirements
  • 3-5+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio
  • Bachelor's degree (college education required)
  • Proven versatility across both print and digital design mediums
  • Experience creating brochures, digital advertisements, billboards, and marketing materials
  • Proficiency in industry-standard design software and tools
  • Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and manage multiple projects
  • Healthcare industry experience is a bonus but not required
  • Understanding of compliance considerations in healthcare marketing (or willingness to learn quickly)
