QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's/College Degree in Engineering (Industrial), or equivalent.
  • At least 1 Year of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, problem solving and analytical skills along with an ability to lead a large team in the organization.
  • Has the capacity to grasp concepts easily.
  • Attention to detail to ensure high levels of quality.
  • Flexible enough to work under stringent deadlines and high work pressure on a regular basis.

JOB DESCRIPTION

§ Provides assistance to Production Manager to meet expectations in terms of producing products at the right cost, quality workmanship and timely delivery.

§ Work through with the Production Manager to ensure that production department's staff adheres to standardized work methods, achieve targets and produce products at the right quality workmanship.

§ Prepare production reports, individual output and production efficiency of all staffs through the production supervisors and implement corrective actions for low performing operators.

§ Update & monitor production plan with the Production Manager and ensure compliance of the production department to the shipping schedule on all booked orders.

§ Act as sub-contractor coordinator & ensure compliance of all sub-contractors to production schedules, quality workmanship, & delivery commitments.

Handles other tasks that be assigned by the Production Manager from time to time.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From Php20,000.00 per month
