End-to-End CRM Deployment Process

  • Clarify Objectives & Map Current Processes

    Collaborate with internal teams to pinpoint the purpose and measurable outcomes for the CRM rollout. Record existing operational workflows to ensure the planned system aligns with key business pillars, including customer service, marketing, and sales operations.
  • Research & Recommend CRM Solution

    Compare available CRM systems by reviewing demos, costs, usability, integration potential, and vendor support quality. Rank the most critical needs to narrow choices and advise on the platform that best fits organizational requirements.
  • Build & Direct the Project Team

    Establish a multidisciplinary group—such as a project lead, system admin, data specialist, quality reviewer, and departmental representatives—to oversee and guide each stage of the process. Manage schedules, task assignments, and communication flow across stakeholders.
  • Implement & Launch

    Create a detailed plan that covers migrating existing data, system setup, tailored configurations, and pre-launch testing. Coordinate staff training, change management initiatives, and adoption programs to ensure a seamless transition to the new CRM.
  • Continuous Improvement Post-Launch

    Track system performance after go-live, streamline operations, and introduce automation where possible. Connect the CRM with complementary tools and use analytics to support long-term strategic decision-making.

Artificial Intelligence Solutions Oversight

  • Assess, Deploy & Sustain AI Systems

    Manage the selection, rollout, and ongoing support of AI-driven applications, making sure they complement company objectives and operate smoothly within the existing technology framework.
  • Track Innovations & Advise on Adoption

    Monitor advancements in artificial intelligence and propose tools that can streamline operations, enhance productivity, and support data-informed strategies.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree in IT or any related courses.
  • With extensive experience in full implementation of CRM/AI.
