Rhino Sensory designs and installs sensory rooms across the UK. We are hiring a Pampanga-based Estimator to prepare accurate quotations and costing sheets, supporting our Sales and Design teams.

You will handle product costing, installation calculations, and quote preparation using our established tools and templates.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare full quotations based on design outputs and pricing structures.
  • Calculate product, labour, installation, and logistics costs.
  • Produce costing sheets using Sage.
  • Create deals in HubSpot for the salespeople and designers to work from.
  • Maintain price lists, calculators, and standard installation scopes.
  • Check design completeness before quoting.
  • Collaborate with designers and the UK team using Teams and SharePoint.

Required Skills

  • Experience in estimating, quantity surveying, cost analysis, or similar.
  • Strong numeracy and accuracy.
  • Good written English.
  • Comfortable with structured pricing, spreadsheets, and templates.
  • Able to work independently and meet deadlines.
  • Experience with Sage/HubSpot is a plus but not essential.

Working Hours

  • Full-time, Monday to Friday.
  • UK-aligned hours (approx. 3pm–12am PH time).

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php35, Php55,000.00 per month
