IT Project Manager

The Project Manager will oversee the complete delivery of technology projects for clients, ensuring that the project scope, timelines, budgets, and team performance are effectively managed. They will act as the primary contact for clients, facilitating stakeholder engagement, providing updates, and driving continuous improvement through Agile and Scrum practices, as well as managing reporting and risk.

Project Delivery & Execution

Oversee full lifecycle of client technology projects (planning deployment

• closure).
• Define scope, timelines, deliverables, budgets, and success metrics.
• Maintain documentation (plans, risks, communications).
• Drive Agile/Scrum team performance against SLAs/KPIs.
• Lead meetings, updates, and issue escalation.
• Identify risks and enforce PM standards.

Client & Stakeholder Engagement

• Act as main client contact for projects.
• Provide status updates, reviews, and demos.
• Support onboarding and change management.
• Anticipate needs, propose enhancements, and escalate to Ops Manager.
• Conduct post-project reviews for lessons learned.

Reporting & Continuous Improvement

• Deliver weekly/monthly reports on KPIs and client satisfaction.
• Analyze outcomes, recommend process improvements.
• Maintain audit-ready documentation.

• Contribute to agency frameworks, best practices, and playbooks.

• Minimum Qualifications: Proficient in project management methodologies, including Agile (Scrum), Waterfall, and hybrid approaches.

• Deep understanding of Agile Scrum, including advanced application of burndown

techniques, retrospective formats, and bug-handling strategies.
- Skilled in assessing project scope, team capacity, and execution feasibility.
- Proficient in Asana project management, including Board setup, Workflow optimization, Automation, and Dashboard reporting.
- Strong analytical, planning, and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
- Excellent written and oral communication, coordination, and presentation abilities.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
