Web Designer

We are seeking a talented and creative Web Designer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing visually appealing, user-friendly, and responsive websites that align with our brand identity and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with clients, project managers, and developers to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and mockups to illustrate website layout and design concepts.
• Design visually compelling website interfaces that are intuitive and easy to navigate.
• Develop and maintain website aesthetics, including color schemes, typography, images, and overall visual elements.
• Ensure all designs are mobile-responsive and compatible across various browsers and devices.
• Incorporate user experience (UX) principles to enhance site usability.
• Stay updated with the latest web design trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Work closely with developers to ensure the timely implementation of designs.
• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to improve website functionality and design.
• Maintain consistency in branding and design standards across all digital platforms.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or in a similar role.
• Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator), Figma, Sketch, or similar.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, and basic JavaScript is a plus.
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Knowledge of responsive design principles and mobile-first approaches.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication skills to articulate design ideas effectively.
• A portfolio showcasing previous web design projects.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Web Design, Graphic Design, Computer Science, or related field.
• Experience with content management systems (CMS) such as WordPress, Joomla, or Drupal.
• Basic understanding of SEO best practices.
