KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Financial Reporting: Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, reports, and disclosures in compliance with relevant accounting standards and company policies.
  • External Audit Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact for external auditors. Prepare audit schedules, provide necessary documentation, and address queries to ensure a smooth and efficient audit process.
  • US Reporting: Handle specific financial reporting requirements for our US headquarters, ensuring all reports are prepared accurately and on time. This includes understanding and applying US GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles) as needed.
  • General Ledger Management: Oversee and manage the general ledger function, including monthly closing activities, account reconciliations, and journal entry reviews to maintain data integrity.
  • Internal Audit: Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls and provide recommendations for process improvements.

QUALIFICATIONS / REQUIREMENTS

  • Education: Must be a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) in the Philippines.
  • Experience: A minimum of 3-5 years of post-qualification experience, with a significant portion gained from a top 5 audit firm in the Philippines (e.g., SGV & Co., P&A Grant Thornton, Isla Lipana & Co./PwC, etc.).
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of Philippine Financial Reporting Standards (PFRS) and US GAAP (a plus factor). Proficiency in financial reporting software and Microsoft Excel is essential.
  • Work Attitude: A proactive, positive, and results-oriented mindset.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues across departments.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills for interacting with internal and external stakeholders.
  • 4 days Onsite, 1 day WFH

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php50, Php60,000.00 per month
