Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced NetSuite Functional Consultant with strong expertise in NetSuite Resource Planning Module (RPM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) to support the implementation, configuration, and optimization of NetSuite solutions for our clients. The ideal candidate will possess a solid understanding of business processes, as well as technical acumen to bridge business requirements with system functionality, driving successful implementation projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. NetSuite Implementation & Configuration:

o Lead the end-to-end implementation of NetSuite modules, specifically focusing on Resource Planning (RPM) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) functionalities.

o Collaborate with cross-functional teams (IT, business, finance, supply chain, etc.) to gather requirements, analyze workflows, and define system specifications.

o Configure NetSuite to meet business needs, including setting up users, roles, permissions, workflows, and custom reports.

2. Business Process Mapping & Optimization:

o Analyze current business processes, identifying areas for improvement and ensuring the optimal configuration of NetSuite RPM and SCM modules.

o Conduct gap analysis and recommend process improvements using best practices and NetSuite features.

o Facilitate workshops with business stakeholders to align system functionality with business objectives.

3. Project Management & Delivery:

o Lead or contribute to NetSuite project implementations, ensuring they are delivered on time, within scope, and on budget.

o Provide expert guidance to project teams, ensuring all functional requirements are captured and documented.

o Assist in data migration and integration efforts, ensuring smooth transition from legacy systems to NetSuite.

4. Training & User Support:

o Develop and deliver training sessions to end-users on NetSuite features, focusing on RPM and SCM processes.

o Provide ongoing post-implementation support and troubleshooting to ensure system stability and user satisfaction.

o Create detailed user documentation and training materials to support ongoing system use.

5. Customization & Enhancements:

o Work with technical teams to customize NetSuite solutions and build tailored reports, dashboards, and workflows to meet business requirements.

o Stay current with NetSuite updates and new features related to RPM and SCM, providing recommendations for system improvements.

6. Stakeholder Communication:

o Act as the liaison between business users and technical teams to ensure alignment and successful project delivery.

o Manage stakeholder expectations and provide regular project updates, addressing issues or changes in scope as they arise.

Required Skills and Experience:

Experience:

o Minimum 3-5 years of hands-on experience in NetSuite functional consulting, with specific expertise in RPM (Resource Planning Module) and Supply Chain Management (SCM) modules.

o Proven track record in NetSuite ERP implementations, including at least one full- cycle implementation from design through go-live and post-go-live support.

Technical Skills:

o Proficiency in NetSuite configuration, including customization of forms, fields, workflows, and reports.

o Strong understanding of NetSuite RPM and SCM modules, including key functionalities like inventory management, procurement, order management, demand planning, and logistics.

o Experience with SuiteFlow for workflow automation, SuiteScript for custom scripting, and SuiteAnalytics for reporting and dashboards is a plus.

Business Process Knowledge:

o Deep understanding of business processes in supply chain management, resource planning, and manufacturing (if applicable).

o Ability to map business requirements to NetSuite functionality and configure the system accordingly.

Project Management:

o Experience working with project teams in an agile or waterfall project methodology.

o Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Communication & Stakeholder Management:

o Excellent communication skills with the ability to clearly explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

o Proven experience working closely with business users and stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver system solutions.

Certifications:

o NetSuite Certified Consultant (highly preferred).

o Any other relevant certifications in SCM or ERP (optional).
