The Sales and Marketing Officer is responsible for developing and executing strategies to promote the company's products or services, increase brand awareness, and drive sales. This role involves identifying potential markets, building and maintaining client relationships, creating and managing marketing campaigns, and analyzing market trends to inform business decisions. The Sales and Marketing Officer will also coordinate with internal teams to ensure that sales and marketing efforts are aligned with overall business objectives. Strong communication, negotiation, and analytical skills are essential, as well as the ability to work independently and contribute to a dynamic team environment.

Key responsibilities:

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to achieve sales targets.

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.

  • Conduct client meetings, presentations, and product/service demonstrations.

  • Prepare and present sales proposals and contracts.

  • Monitor sales performance and prepare regular sales reports.

  • Manage social media accounts and create engaging content.

  • Conduct market research to identify trends and customer needs.

  • Coordinate with designers and content creators for promotional materials.

  • Organize and participate in marketing events, trade shows, and product launch.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.

  • Proven experience in sales, marketing, or a related role (1–3 years preferred).

  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.

  • Strong understanding of digital marketing and social media platforms.

  • Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

  • Creative, analytical, and highly motivated.
