Role Description

  1. Administer, resolve, and perform all technical maintenance and troubleshooting of all plant activities.
  2. Responsible for the good and proper functioning of all equipment, Air handling units, water purification facility, and electrical system on a day-to-day basis.
  3. Analyze all equipment requirements and assist in requisitioning all tools and equipment.
  4. Test newly installed machinery and equipment to ensure fulfillment of contract specifications.
  5. Prepare documents for newly installed machines (IQ/OQ) and other FDA documents required.
  6. Design all preventive maintenance programs in coordination with the maintenance staff.
  7. Keep records or files of equipment manuals, SOP's , catalogs, quotations, building and electrical blueprints.
  8. Proper coordination with other departments authorized.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Equipment Maintenance and Maintenance Engineering
  • Experience in Maintenance & Repair and Preventive Maintenance
  • Skills in Electrical Maintenance
  • Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Relevant certifications or training in maintenance engineering or a related field
  • Previous experience in a pharmaceutical manufacturing environment is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field
