Accounting Assistant

We are seeking an Accounting Assistant to support various accounting, taxation, and administrative tasks for Seaoil Affiliate Companies. In this role, you will assist in maintaining accurate financial records, ensuring compliance with tax regulations, and providing essential support to the finance team. This position offers a great opportunity to develop your skills in accounting and tax management.

Responsibilities
:

  • Process invoices, daily transactions, and expenses
  • Assist in managing Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and bank reconciliations
  • Support the preparation and filing of tax returns in compliance with local regulations
  • Help prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports
  • Maintain and update the accounting database through data entry and reporting
  • Assist in monitoring tax compliance and reporting requirements
  • Provide support during audits and ensure financial documentation is complete and accurate

Qualifications
:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting or a related field
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in accounting and/or tax compliance
  • Basic knowledge of local tax regulations and financial reporting standards
  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Good written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficiency in accounting software and tools is a plus
  • Fresh graduates who are eager to learn and grow in the field of accounting and taxation are welcome to apply
