Responsibilities

  • Drive the development of the
    Biostimulants portfolio
    across APAC region, ensuring strong market penetration and growth.
  • Collaborate closely with local teams to
    plan trials, demo fields, and marketing initiatives
    tailored to each market.
  • Provide
    technical guidance
    to subsidiary staff, ensuring best practices and knowledge transfer.
  • Monitor and analyse
    competitor products and success cases
    to refine market strategies.
  • Support the
    regulatory process
    for product registrations in different countries.
  • Contribute to
    R&D activities
    , including product screening, development, and the selection of commercial partners and suppliers.

Requirements

  • Degree in Agronomy or related field
  • 5 years' experience
    in the biostimulants sector, with strong exposure to product development and technical support.
  • Proven experience collaborating with
    R&D, sales, and technical teams
    .
  • Fluency in
    English
    (additional languages are an advantage).
  • Based in
    the Philippines, Malaysia or China
