Branch Head (or Branch Manager) job description centers on overseeing daily operations, managing personnel, driving sales and business growth, and ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and compliance within a specific branch of an organization. Key responsibilities include strategic planning, financial management, staff supervision, and building strong relationships with customers and the community to meet company goals. Key Responsibilities

  • Operations Management: Oversee all day-to-day activities, ensuring the branch runs smoothly and efficiently.
  • Staff Leadership: Recruit, train, mentor, and evaluate branch employees, fostering a cohesive and high-performing team.
  • Sales and Business Development: Develop and implement strategies to meet sales targets, expand the customer base, and achieve overall business objectives.
  • Customer Relations: Cultivate strong relationships with customers, promptly address inquiries and concerns, and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
  • Financial Oversight: Manage the branch budget, monitor expenses, and report on financial performance to senior management.
  • Compliance: Ensure the branch adheres to all company policies, procedures, and relevant industry regulations.
  • Strategic Planning: Analyze market trends and competitor strategies to identify opportunities for growth and improvement.

  • Financial Acumen: Understanding of financial statements, budgeting, and fiscal planning.
  • Education: Typically a bachelor's degree in business, finance, or a related field.
  • Experience: Several years of management or supervisory experience, often within the specific industry of the branch.

Pay: Php18, Php20,000.00 per month
