The Sea Export Coordinator role involves managing customer inquiries related to rates, vessel schedules, and routing, while coordinating with operations to ensure service capabilities and accurate pricing. It includes preparing client-specific quotations, assisting in the acquisition of new accounts, and maintaining existing ones. The position handles bookings for both FCL and LCL shipments, obtains necessary shipping documents from shippers, and coordinates the end-to-end movement of cargo from pick-up to delivery. Monitoring shipments throughout their journey and keeping clients and shippers informed is essential. The role also involves assisting in claim resolution, updating rate tables, and communicating changes to agents. Providing Proof of Deliveries (PODs) when requested and ensuring compliance with the company's IMS and Information Security Policies are key responsibilities. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

Required Competencies :

  • Graduate of any four (4) year course
  • With a minimum of one (1) year experience as a Quality Service Officer or equivalent position
  • Knowledgeable in Sea Export booking arrangement
  • Knowledgeable in using MS Office Applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Good in communication and presentation skills (oral and written)
