Document Controller is responsible for processing client requirements regarding administrative work related to finance & accounting.

Strategic/Tactical

  • Performs the processing and submission of received forms related to finance & accounting such as payment, BIR forms, cash withdrawals, fund transfers, and reconciliation.
  • Ensures timely response to both internal and external communications.

Reports and Analytics

  • Prepares reports on allowable expenses and liquidation submitted by clients.
  • Prepares Adhoc reports as requested by authorized representatives

Process and Compliance

  • Ensures accuracy and timeliness of financial documents/data for processing.
  • Complies with timelines of submission of reports
  • Adapt to any approved changes in processes as required by the business, client or government

Baseline Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Zero (0) experience but highly trainable
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.
