Position: SharePoint and Power Platform Consultant
Location: Harton, Parañaque City / Cebu IT Tower 2, Cebu City

Your Role:
As a SharePoint and Power Platform Consultant, you will:
  • Elicit and analyze business requirements, develop designs, and implement SharePoint and Power
    Platform solutions
  • Development and deployment of applications on the Microsoft 365 platform, including SharePoint, MS
    Teams and Power Platform
  • Experience in developing SharePoint Online Collaboration and Team site solutions using SharePoint
    Framework and .NET
  • Experience in migrating SharePoint On-Premises (2019 version) sites to SharePoint online
  • Plan and execute SharePoint migration plans, and migrate data from legacy systems (including
    previous versions of SharePoint) to SharePoint Online
  • Configure and customize Power Platform environments, including data sources, security, and roles
  • Implement M365 governance, including implementation of provisioning frameworks and Power
    Platform Centre of Excellence (CoE)
  • Design and implement cutting-edge solutions with the latest features and functionality in Microsoft
  • Produce high quality project documentation (functional designs, solution designs, as built)
  • Produce training material and deliver training to various audiences
  • Run effective workshops and deliver presentations to our customers
  • Be a point of escalation point for all IT support teams
  • Ensure site SLA's on support issues are kept
  • To work outside normal hours where necessary
  • Travel to other RSM offices as necessary
What You Need:
Non-negotiables
  • Relevant Tertiary qualification in IT or Business
  • 2-5 years experience in a software or data engineer
  • Microsoft certified Power Platform Developer Associate
  • Experience with Web API's (Rest, Soap), SQL, and Azure Cloud (Data Factory)
  • Knowledge and understanding of trends and developments in I.T.
Preferred skills/expertise
  • Ability to work under pressure in short periods of time.
  • Self-Starter with the ability to work autonomously as well as with a team.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to establish effective working relationships.
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal.
  • A willingness to work flexible hours.
