Responsibilities:
Conduct site surveys, prepare documentation, and provide training to contractors and employees while ensuring proper SAQ processes.
Review site acquisition reports, property documents, and contracts for accuracy and compliance.
Negotiate, clarify, and approve lease terms with lessors and stakeholders.
Prepare and submit daily site reports, including progress updates and status monitoring.
Address rectifications and provide solutions to issues related to leases, permits, or personnel encountered during cell site operations.
Provide immediate solutions and assist other teams in resolving site-related issues, including ROW concerns, Temporary Power Agreements, accreditation with power cooperatives, document signing, and negotiation of construction materials.
Monitor site progress and maintain effective communication through regular project updates.
Apply for, comply with, and secure permits and certificates from Barangay, HOA, LGU, and national government offices (DOE, DAR, DA, DPWH, CAAP, etc.).
Conduct public hearings and awareness campaigns, educating the public on the project's background, goals, and benefits.
Develop and maintain strong working relationships with clients, peers, site neighbors, and lessors, whether government or private individuals.
Safekeep documents, ensure proper document management, and oversee timely submission of records.
Assist the legal team in handling site-related contract matters.
Perform liaison work and adapt efficiently to fast-paced environments.
Demonstrate flexibility by working in different environments and being willing to take assignments requiring immediate action and support.
