Education & Work Experience Requirements

  • At least graduate degree or equivalent
  • Urgently needed SAQ Officers (Marikina, Rizal, Laguna, Batangas)
  • Must have own laptop and be available to join urgently (ASAP to 2 weeks' notice)
  • MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE IN HUNTING OF CELL SITES IN ANY TELECOM COMPANY

Job Responsibilities & KRAs

a. Hunting of Cell Site location discovery as per requirement.

b. Handling end to end process related to Building Permit Application (Application of permit for telecom site construction) including ensuring Social Acceptability from the community by creating and spreading awareness about telecom cell sites in order to obtain local permits related to construction of cell sites/telecom towers).

c. End to End handling of RPT (Real Property Tax) application.

d. Relationship building with External Partners.

e. Would be working closely with Deployment and Contract & Negotiation Department.

f. Work with various other stakeholders of & within the organization and maintain useful MIS reports as necessary.

We provide tower sharing services to mobile operators through our in-house integrated design and engineering, procurement, construction and project management skills in the Telecom domain. Along with tower sharing services to MNOs through Build-to-Suit (BTS) towers and Buy-and-Lease-Back (BLB) of tower assets, we also undertake long term annuity contracts such as Managed Services for Mobile Network Operators. Long Term contracts with MNOs allows us to focus on long term benefits, process re-engineering and thereby, add value to our clients and achieve optimum utilization of telecom resources.
