Position Title: BIM Modeler

Work Set Up: On-Site

Quick Rundown:

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented BIM Modeler to join our team. The BIM Modeler will be responsible for creating, updating, and managing Building Information Models using industry-standard software. The ideal candidate will collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to ensure accurate and high-quality digital representations of construction and design projects.

What Youll Do:

  • Create and maintain accurate BIM models using Revit, AutoCAD, Navisworks, or other
  • BIM-related software
  • Interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications to produce 3D
  • models and 2D construction documents
  • Collaborate with design and engineering teams to ensure model accuracy, coordination,
  • and compliance with project requirements
  • Perform clash detection and coordinate resolution with relevant disciplines
  • Ensure models comply with company standards and BIM Execution Plans (BEP)
  • Assist in the preparation of quantity takeoffs and construction documentation
  • Support project teams with modeling tasks and documentation throughout project

  • Participate in project meetings and coordinate with internal and external stakeholders

What We're Looking For:

  • Bachelors degree in Architecture, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related
  • field (preferred)
  • Proven experience in BIM modeling, preferably in the AEC (Architecture, Engineering,
  • Construction) industry
  • Proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, and Navisworks; knowledge of other tools such as BIM
  • 360, SketchUp, or Dynamo is a plus
  • Strong understanding of construction documents and detailing
  • Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Strong communication and coordination skills
