1.0 DUTIES:

1.1 Regular Duties

1.1.1 Inspects all refrigeration equipment and chillers toensure that they are functioning properly.

1.1.2 Performs preventive and up-keeps maintenance works including housekeeping of machines.

1.1.3 Attends toemergency breakdowns of refrigeration equipment, chillers, air handling units and fan coils.

1.1.4 Assists Plant Attendant in starting chillersif necessary.

1.1.5 Maintains logbookand record of equipment performance.

1.1.6 Assists Laundry and Kitchen Mechanic, Mechanic, Electrician and Plumber with maintenance and repair of related mechinery and equipment.

1.1.7 Performs duties common to all non-supervisory personnel and other duties as may be assigned.

2.0 QUALIFICATIONS:

2.1 Education/Training

2.1.1 Two years College and/or Vocational

2.2 Work Experience/s:

to 2 years
