Job Role Summary

The Digital Marketing Specialist is responsible for enhancing brand visibility, driving qualified leads, and improving customer engagement across digital channels. This role oversees end-to-end digital marketing initiatives including paid media, SEO, social media, and email marketing—while leveraging performance data to optimize campaigns, web traffic, and improve ROI.

The specialist is a proactive problem-solver who thrives in fast-paced environments, can translate data into actionable insights, and brings structure to complex projects. Digital Marketing Specialist works cross functionally to ensure all marketing efforts are aligned with business objectives and brand standards.

This role serves as both strategist and executor, balancing analytical and creative thinking with organization to ensure campaigns run efficiently, projects stay on track, and business growth objectives are achieved.

Key ResponsibilitiesDigital Strategy & Paid Media

  • Plan, execute, and optimize digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Search, Meta Ads, Meta Search, LinkedIn Ads, and other platforms.
  • Develop and execute marketing strategies for multiple business models and client objectives.
  • Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and audience segmentation.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report campaign performance using defined KPIs and conversion metrics.
  • Identify underperforming campaigns and recommend creative, structural, bidding, or targeting optimizations.
  • Manage multiple ad accounts and campaigns simultaneously, ensuring proper budget pacing, scaling, and performance stability.

SEO & Website Management

  • Maintain, update, and optimize website content (WordPress, Wix, or other CMS) to support SEO, usability, and brand consistency.
  • Conduct regular SEO audits to improve site performance, traffic, and search rankings.
  • Implement on-page and technical SEO best practices and track rankings organic performance.

Email Marketing & CRM

  • Build and manage email campaigns, segmentation, and automation workflows
  • Maintain CRM and marketing system data accuracy; conduct regular audits and quality checks.

Social Media & Content

  • Plan, create, schedule, and publish engaging content across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, and other channels.
  • Assist in creating digital assets (graphics, short videos, landing pages) using Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop campaigns and content aligned with business goals.

Project Coordination & Reporting

  • Serve as a central point for campaign coordination, project timelines, and stakeholder updates.
  • Attend client and internal meetings, documenting action items and distributing meeting summaries.
  • Track project progress, manage deadlines, and ensure deliverables are met.
  • Provide actionable recommendations for campaign optimization, scaling, and investment decisions.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
  • 3–5+ years of hands-on experience in digital marketing, SEO, PPC, or performance marketing.
  • Proven experience managing Google Ads, Meta Search, Meta Ads, and related paid media.
  • Experience with email marketing platforms and CRM tools.
  • Strong understanding of SEO, SEM, and digital analytics.
  • Proficiency in website management (WordPress and Wix preferred).
  • Familiarity with GA4, Google Tag Manager, and basic conversion tracking concepts.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred / Nice-to-have

  • Experience in B2B, Ecommerce, hospitality, or tech marketing.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and APIs for web editing or integrations
  • Experience with social media management tools
  • Understanding of A/B testing and experimentation frameworks
  • Basic knowledge of data privacy regulation (GDPR, CCPA, EU policies)
  • Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
