Reconciliation Consultant
and play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of novated lease account terminations. You'll review and reconcile accounts, spot any surpluses or shortfalls, and help maintain smooth financial processes that directly impact the customer experience.

What You'll Be Doing
- Live Our Values:
Put members first and respond promptly and professionally. - Reconciliation Work:
Complete end-to-end novated lease reconciliations (including FBT, GST, and LCC), meet service levels, and provide clear updates and confirmations. - Customer Service:
Deliver efficient, friendly support and resolve member queries within agreed timelines. - Communication:
Engage with members through email, phone, written correspondence, and face-to-face meetings when required. - Team Support:
Assist with mentoring and perform additional tasks as directed by leadership.
About You
- Fresh graduates of Accounting are welcome to apply
We're looking for individuals who are eager to learn and ready to build a strong foundation in reconciliation and financial operations. - Experience with accounting software, payroll systems, and Excel (VLOOKUP, pivot tables) is an advantage.
- Strong accuracy, attention to detail, and ability to work independently while meeting deadlines.
- Excellent communication skills and confidence in engaging with members and internal teams.
- Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach to resolving discrepancies.
- Experience or knowledge in salary packaging, payroll, or financial services is a plus but not required.
