Position: Logistic Operations Team (Assistant)

Job Objective

Plan, coordinate, and manage the movement of goods and materials to ensure timely deliveries, accurate inventory, and efficient supply chain operations. Collaborate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to maintain smooth workflows, compliance with regulations, and high service levels.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage movement of goods and materials for timely and accurate deliveries.
  • Monitor and maintain inventory levels.
  • Oversee transportation schedules and logistics providers to optimize efficiency and costs.
  • Communicate with internal teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve issues.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
  • Prepare reports to analyze logistics performance and implement process improvements.

Qualifications

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or related field. Certifications in logistics or supply chain are an advantage.
  • Experience: 2–5 years in logistics, supply chain, transportation, or warehouse management.
  • Skills: Proficiency in logistics/inventory software, strong organizational and problem-solving skills, effective communication, and compliance knowledge.
