Job Description:

As an Empanada Baker at Casa Luisa, you will be responsible for preparing, baking, and ensuring the quality of our signature empanadas. Your role is vital in maintaining the taste and consistency that our customers love.

Key Responsibilities:

• Prepare empanada fillings and dough according to traditional recipes
• Assemble empanadas with precision and care
• Bake empanadas to perfection, ensuring consistent quality
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of the bakery area
• Manage inventory of ingredients and supplies
• Follow food safety standards and procedures
• Assist in other kitchen tasks as needed

Qualifications:

• Proven experience in baking, preferably with empanadas or similar pastries
• Knowledge of food safety and sanitation standards
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
