Leads the planning and development of trust and security marketing campaigns with critical focuses on improving perception to drive trial among non-users, as well as positioning and education on new features to improve usage from light users

Innovates on operational systems across the organization to improve resiliency of GCash brand to external shocks, so that the brand can be proactive in addressing new threats, and swift to respond to crises

Across the different teams in the organization, drives the product development and launch of trust and security features, co-created across the product teams

Leads monthly, quarterly, and annual business reviews of GCash's performance with regard to Security, with a specific lens of integrating internal and external metrics, to tell a coherent business narrative. Moreover, use insights that will emerge and apply it as tweaks or complete rehauls to the planned campaigns

Champion the voice of the segment within the organization by initiating market research that looks at the different aspects of the consumer as well as the sharing of the insights within the organization

Leads excellence in brand financial and business management by leading business casing of campaigns and programs, as well as the respective post mortems to assess impact
