Position Overview:

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Handyman to support the daily maintenance and upkeep of company facilities. The ideal candidate will perform routine maintenance, minor repairs, and facility inspections while ensuring compliance with safety and building standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and minor repairs related to building, equipment, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Respond to and track maintenance requests, ensuring timely completion of assigned tasks.
  • Conduct regular facility inspections and coordinate necessary repairs or upkeep.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance logs, reports, and documentation.
  • Assist in managing maintenance tools, supplies, and inventory.
  • Coordinate with vendors and contractors for repairs and service activities as needed.
  • Ensure all maintenance work complies with health, safety, and building regulations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Basic knowledge of HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Ability to follow safety standards and procedures.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Basic documentation and reporting skills are an advantage.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php21,000.00 per month
