Job Description

Reporting to the Sales Operations Manager, the Salesforce Administrator role is a critical role in supporting sales operations and order automation. Working closely with developers, business analysts, and commercial teams, you'll configure, maintain, and optimize Salesforce to ensure accurate quoting, smooth order processing, and efficient system performance across the business.

The Qualifications We Seek

  • Minimum of 2 years of hands-on Salesforce Administration experience, including end-to-end ownership of quoting, ordering, and order processing
  • Proven ability to troubleshoot Salesforce issues, manage incident/request tickets, and collaborate effectively with developers and suppliers
  • Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and multiple projects
  • Confident in delivering user training and ongoing support to non-technical stakeholders, with strong relationship-building skills
  • Good verbal English communication skills and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset
  • Salesforce certification is an advantage but not required

Your Daily Tasks

  • Manage user accounts, including Salesforce onboarding, offboarding, and permissions.
  • Customize and configure Salesforce by setting up custom fields, custom objects, page layouts, validations, and flows.
  • Configure and manage products and pricing using Salesforce CPQ.
  • Handle data management tasks such as data imports and exports while maintaining data accuracy, compliance, and governance.
  • Create and maintain reports and dashboards, ensuring data quality and accuracy.
  • Manage technical support cases from Salesforce users, providing assistance with order issues, document creation, and pricing.
  • Troubleshoot failed orders and system bugs, collaborating with sales, provisioning, and development teams to resolve issues.
  • Train users on new features and functions, provide onboarding for new hires, and create process documentation and user guides.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as required to support business operations.
