We are looking for a Communication Trainer who can help equip our learners with strong English, communication, and professional workplace skills. This role is part of our launch of the VA Basics Program under McCare Career Academy.

Work Setup:

  • Part-time (20 hours/week) (2 weeks per month only)
  • Onsite – Cavite
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6 PM–10 PM

Role Overview:

  • The Communication Trainer will deliver modules that enhance learners' English proficiency, business writing, professional communication, and confidence in client-facing conversations. You'll help prepare trainees for virtual assistant roles, customer service positions, and other global opportunities.

What You Will Teach:

  • Grammar fundamentals & sentence construction
  • Business writing & email etiquette
  • Conversational English
  • Professional communication skills
  • Role-plays, speaking drills, and mock client interactions
  • Tone, clarity, and communication best practices
  • Neutral accent clarity (basic)
  • Workplace communication essentials

Qualifications:

  • Strong communication skills (written & spoken English)
  • Experience teaching English, communication, customer service, ESL, or a related field (preferred)
  • Comfortable conducting classroom-style or small-group training
  • Ability to explain concepts clearly and simplify communication rules
  • Confident, patient, and learner-centered
  • College degree in English, Communication, Education, Linguistics, or related field (preferred but NOT required if experienced)

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to Php15,000.00 per month
