- Plan, prepare, and deliver competency-based training sessions following the TESDA Caregiving NC II Training Regulation and Competency-Based Curriculum (CBC).
- Conduct lectures, demonstrations, and hands-on training in caregiving practices, including personal care, health and safety, home management, and communication.
- Assess trainee performance using competency-based assessment tools and provide constructive feedback.
- Maintain updated lesson plans, instructional materials, and training records.
- Ensure the proper use, care, and maintenance of tools, equipment, and facilities.
- Promote a safe and supportive learning environment that encourages trainee participation and discipline.
- Prepare trainees for TESDA National Assessment and assist in coordinating assessment schedules.
- Participate in curriculum reviews, training audits, and trainer development programs.
- Stay updated with the latest caregiving techniques, TESDA policies, and industry trends.
